Winston Li, MD attended Wake Forest University and received his BA in Psychology.  Following his graduation from Wake Forest Dr. Li attended medical school at the University of Kentucky.  He returned to North Carolina to complete his psychiatry residency at the University of North Carolina.

Dr. Li is an inpatient adult psychiatrist and focuses on on the inpatient Psychotic Disorders Unit.  In addition to his role as FIRST Faculty, he is a dedicated educator within UNC’s Department of Psychiatry.  Dr. Li serves as the Associate Residency Program Training Director, leads the intern didactic course, and developed, and directs, the Clinician Educator Track.
