Brooklyn-born and Jersey-raised, Amanda has called North Carolina home for the past 15 years. A dedicated social worker with a passion for higher education, she helps students find balance, build confidence, and grow as compassionate leaders. She’s especially proud of founding the Duke Children’s Prom, an annual event still going strong. Outside of work, she enjoys exploring local parks with her wife & kids, gluten-free baking, and is always up for a game of “guess that breed” when she sees a dog out and about.
