About
I work as the director of the inpatient services for UNC endocrinology and in the outpatient clinic. My focus includes diabetes, particulary diabetes in patients with transplants or pancreas destruction and general endocrinology. In addition to patient care, I have a strong focus on quality improvement and education. Quality improvement projects I’ve completed include several projects designed to deliver high quality care for patients with diabetes in the hospital setting. In the realm of education, I’m the endocrine block director for the foundation phase. My goal is to provide high quality consultative endocrine care in the hospital and the clinic.
