UNC’s Division of Endocrinology and Metabolism provides teaching, research, and patient care in all aspects of endocrinology and metabolism. Our primary goals are to provide new knowledge as to how hormones work and how their actions are altered in disease states, to improve the quality of patient care in endocrinology and metabolism by conducting high-quality and informative teaching, and to provide the best possible expertise in consultative care. Your donation to the division helps us train tomorrow’s physician-scientists, make advances in the diagnosis and treatment of endocrine and metabolic disorders through research, and achieve the best possible outcome for patients.
