About

I was born and raised in West Virginia, having then moved between my home state and Ohio for my education and medical training. I am excited to finish my last step of training at UNC! Within Endocrinology, I have a particular interest in population health, metabolic disease, bone disease, and diabetes, but enjoy all topics in the specialty. Outside of medicine, I enjoy distance running/strength training, reading fantasy/sci-fi and philosophy, and spending time with my wife and 4 pets. I look forward to serving the people of North Carolina and exploring everything the state has to offer!
