If the virus has remained undetectable after six months from the end of therapy, you are considered a sustained viral responder. If the virus is undetectable while you are on therapy, but then later returns when you stop, you are considered a relapser. If the virus never becomes undetectable in your blood during therapy, you are considered a nonresponder.
