About
As a transplant hepatologist, I provide care along a wide spectrum of liver disease, beginning with the earliest stages of a variety of liver conditions, continuing through to more advanced disease and cirrhosis, and ultimately before and after liver transplantation if needed. My top priorities are to forge strong, supportive partnerships with my patients and to provide the education and guidance necessary for patients and families to navigate the complexity of liver disease. From an academic perspective, I aim to improve the quality of healthcare delivery through a variety of methods, including optimization of the electronic medical record and strategic re-design of day-to-day processes on a systems level.
