About
Most of my work involves caring for individuals in an outpatient setting suffering from Inflammatory Bowel Disease. Inflammatory Bowel disease treatment aims to reduce the inflammation that triggers symptoms. In the best cases, this may not only lead to symptom relief but also to long-term remission and reduced risk of complications such as colon cancer. I am also involved in research involving clinical trials and registries that are identifying new therapeutic treatments and diagnostic testing for Inflammatory Bowel disorders.
