Taylor is an Alabama native that studied biology and Spanish at the University of Alabama in Tuscaloosa before attending medical school at UAB in Birmingham. She moved to North Carolina to complete her residency in Internal Medicine and now serves as the Chief Resident of Outpatient Medicine for the program. Her interests include medical education and point of care ultrasound. Following her Chief Residency year, she plans to pursue a fellowship in Cardiology.
