Outcomes in HIV Hospitalizations
About
I came to UNC because of the people and culture. It was immediately clear that the faculty here support each other and the fellows. They promote learning and well-being, as well as encourage and accommodate any career path that a fellow might take. For instance, the program will support and even help me fund my plans to pursue an MPH through the top-ranked Gillings School of Public Health. He is currently conducting research on HIV epidemiology and clinical outcomes, with a focus on hospitalizations in people living with HIV. He enjoys traveling with his wife and daughter, hiking, board games, and playing music.
Fellowship Project(s): Adjudication and causes of hospitalizations in people living with HIV. Obtained MSCR during fellowship.
Mentors: Sonia Napravnik, Joseph Eron.
