My clinical practice and research interests have been driven by a goal to improve the care of patients with chronic kidney disease, especially those individuals on dialysis. I have worked with teams to conduct research in dialysis settings to optimize iron therapy, survey pain, and understand the impact of periodontal disease. I also enjoy engaging with medical students, residents, and fellows about nephrology.
