About
As a physician-scientist I am interested in the care of patients suffering from acute and chronic kidney diseases as well as the advancement of our understanding of the molecular mechanisms driving these diseases. Through my laboratory work focused on the genetic regulation of the ANCA vasculitis autoantigen Proteinase-3, I hope to develop new therapeutic strategies that will allow patients to avoid the profound non-specific immunosuppression that is the current standard of care for this disease.
