About

As a double Tar Heel, I am thrilled to be staying on as faculty in the Division of Endocrinology & Metabolism beginning July 2025. Clinically, I see patients living with diabetes and other endocrinologic problems at our outpatient clinic at Eastowne. When not in clinic, I spend my time conducting translational human physiology research studies to understand normal physiology as well as pathophysiology and the effects of diabetes and obesity on the brain.
