About
Dr. DeMarco is a pulmonary and critical care physician with special experise in interventional pulmonology. Providing patient-centered compassionate care of the highest quality is the primary goal of the UNC Interventional Pulmonary program. Our program offers the complete array of minimally invasive diagnostic and therapeutic procedures including (but not limited to) robotic bronchoscopy, airway stenting, tumor ablation, indwelling tunneled pleural catheterization and bronchoscopic lung volume reduction. Dr. DeMarco’s research interest is focused on innovative pedagogical approaches to procedural learning and assessment.
