About
Dr. Vigeland’s clinical interests focus on critical illness and interstitial lung disease. She is a member of the UNC Interstitial lung disease group and sees patients in the Multidisciplinary Rheumatology-Pulmonary ILD clinic. Dr. Vigeland’s lab studies lung inflammation and repair, focusing on metabolic regulation of immune responses. Her research utilizes models of acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS) and interstitial lung diseases.
