About
Dr. Sellers’s research interests focus on the spectrum of lung disease in patients living with HIV, including understanding risk factors, the pathophysiology of disease development and methods of providing high-quality, guideline-adherent care in these patients. She provides clinical care for patients with HIV and lung disease in the HIV-Pulmonary Clinic, within the Infectious Disease Clinic. She also sees patients with cystic fibrosis in the Pulmonary Clinic and attends in the Medical ICU. She serves as a co-director for the Science of Medicine course, a longitudinal course required for fourth year medical students to introduce research concepts as they apply to development of evidence-based practice.
