Congratulations to Jiandong Zhang, a postdoctoral fellow in Dr. Jensen’s Lab, for recently completing a highly successful postdoctoral fellowship. Jiandong will begin his clinical cardiology fellowship on July 1st, but his scientific acumen and warm collegiality will be greatly missed in the McAllister Heart Institute (MHI).    

Congratulations to Jiandong Zhang, a postdoctoral fellow in Dr. Jensen’s Lab, for publishing paper, titled “Cardiac alpha-1A adrenergic receptors: emerging protective roles in cardiovascular diseases”, in the journal AJP-HEART.  

Congratulations to Peyton Sandroni, a pharmacology graduate student, currently in Dr. Jensen’s Lab, for recently being selected as a trainee for the Integrative Vascular Biology T32 Training Program.       Peyton also has been chosen for the Certificate Program in Translational Medicine.
