Why Obstetrics and Gynecology?

I knew I wanted to be in a specialty where advocacy both in and out of the clinical space is integral. My clinical and research interests are in reproductive justice and full-scope OBGYN care. Additionally, I love the variety within the specialty, from fast-paced labor and delivery to complex surgical and medical cases. Finally, the patients are truly the best and my favorite to work with across the specialty.
