Why UNC?

I wanted a program that would prepare me to be a specialist in disease processes in addition to an expert surgeon to allow me to provide the best surgical and non-surgical solutions, tailored to each individual patient. I also was attracted to UNC’s superb track record in training physicians who go on to be leaders and innovators in the field. Finally, UNC MIGS is one of the warmest, most supportive, most welcoming teams you could imagine– all of which made it an easy choice!
