Why Obstetrics and Gynecology?
I chose OB/GYN because of the breadth and diversity of the care we get to provide each day both in the hospital and out. We have the opportunity to care for patients during some of the most joyous moments of their lives but also at some of the hardest and it is a privilege to walk with patients though these experiences.
Why UNC?
I chose UNC because of not just the excellent training we receive but because of the amazing people I get to call my co-residents and the incredible faculty we get to learn from. The Triangle is also a great place to live and seems to always be growing with new and fun things to do outside of work.
