Personal Biography:
Dr. Tang is originally from the Midwest but completed her undergrad and medical school in Texas, before heading to Boston for residency. She then moved to NC in 2010 to complete a Masters in Clinical Research at the UNC School of Public Health and a Fellowship in Family Planning. She lived in Lilongwe, Malawi from 2012-2017, where she helped start the country’s first OB-GYN residency program, before moving back to Chapel Hill in 2017.
