Why Obstetrics and Gynecology?

Growing up, reproductive health wasn’t a common topic of discussion in my Latino home, so I find it very empowering to have conversations and educate patients about their bodies, especially in communities of color!

The people. UNC OBGYN has brought together amazing doctors to make us, residents, the most competent physicians whether we become generalists or pursue fellowship.
