Why Obstetrics and Gynecology?

I love the relationships formed with patients throughout their pregnancies. Helping patients through complex medical scenarios and getting to be a part of their births is a tremendous privilege—I consider myself very lucky to be able to practice in this specialty.

Why UNC?

I loved the friendly, collaborative culture of the department, the high risk patient population, and the amazing resources for research here. UNC is a special place, and I am so happy to be spending the next few years here!
