Personal Biography:

Stephanie Grasso, FNP-C is a Family Nurse Practitioner dedicated to providing comprehensive and compassionate care for patients experiencing endometriosis, uterine fibroids, chronic pelvic pain, sexual dysfunction, and vulvar pain and dermatoses. She has a particular interest in supporting patients through the transitions of perimenopause and menopause, offering both hormone therapy and non-hormonal options, including integrative and lifestyle-based approaches tailored to each individual’s needs and preferences.

Her philosophy centers on holistic, patient-centered care—meeting each person where they are, listening deeply, and partnering together to improve quality of life. Whether managing complex gynecologic conditions or guiding patients through hormonal changes, her goal is to provide informed, personalized care that empowers her patients to feel heard, understood, and supported.

Stephanie brings a rich and dynamic clinical background to her practice, having worked across diverse specialties including intensive care, oncology, post-anesthesia recovery, urgent care, and pain management. This wide-ranging experience helps inform her nuanced, whole-person approach to care—especially for patients navigating complex or overlapping conditions.

In addition to her clinical work, Stephanie is excited about the potential of technology and generative AI to enhance patient care and communication. She is especially interested in how digital tools can support shared decision-making, improve access, and streamline chronic condition management.

Outside of the clinic, Stephanie is an avid outdoor enthusiast who loves hiking, fly fishing, and camping. She believes strongly in the healing power of nature and brings this passion for balance and wellness into her work with patients.
