Why Obstetrics and Gynecology?
There is not a single part of OBGYN that fails to bring me joy. The deep relationships I share with patients in their most vulnerable times, the pride I feel in participating in a specialty deeply engrained in social justice and the depth of clinical practice that comes with both medical and surgical opportunities are what fulfill me most. I feel so fortunate to say that I am truly happy each day I spend as a resident in Obstetrics and Gynecology.

UNC has felt like home since the day of my first interview. UNC embodies my core values of respect, humility and kindness in the setting of one of the most clinically rigorous programs in the country. I am so proud to be here!
