WHMC Spring Seminar Series – “Viruses and Pregnancy: Covid, Zika, and Beyond”

Announcement from WHMC:

Our first seminar, Viruses and Pregnancy: Covid, Zika, and Beyond, will be Thursday, January 20, 2022, 11am – 12pm.  We are honored to have speaking Dr. Lisa Rahangdale (Associate Professor, OBGYN), Dr. Anne Lyerly (Associate Professor, Social Medicine), and Ms. Rebecca Casazza (PhD Candidate, Microbiology & Immunology Program).  

The January seminar will be a Zoom only event (Zoom details below).  Future seminars will be a hybrid format, with opportunity to attend either in-person with limited capacity and spaced-out seating, or virtually by Zoom.

Starting with the February seminar, we will host a 30-minute post-seminar discussion and meet and greet for any individuals wishing to engage further with the speakers and seminar discussions or network with other WHMC members.
