Dr. Tilly is an Assistant Professor in the Departments of Medicine and Pediatrics at the University of North Carolina School of Medicine. She is board certified in Hospice and Palliative Medicine, Internal Medicine, and Pediatrics. She is a part of both the Inpatient Adult Palliative Care and Children’s Supportive Care Teams.
She graduated from University of Alabama School of Medicine and trained in Internal Medicine and Pediatrics at the University of North Carolina School of Medicine. After serving as chief resident for Med-Peds, she completed fellowship training in Hospice and Palliative Medicine at UNC.
Dr. Tilly’s interests include mentorship and advising along with advancing global palliative medicine through research and education. Her research work is centered on global oncology palliative care for patients of all ages.
