Annie Creasey is the social worker on the Children’s Supportive Care team. Annie graduated with a B.S. in Economics from the California Polytechnic State University in San Luis Obispo, California. Before receiving her receiving her Master’s in Social Work from UNC-Chapel Hill, Annie worked in the public education sector and natural disaster relief recovery services.
Annie completed her social work internship with Duke Complex Care Pediatrics and her capstone project included qualitative research on evaluating pediatric tracheostomy education for caregivers. Her clinical experience includes family-centered, strengths-based counseling and supporting families whose children face serious and life-limiting illnesses.
