Deborah Ballard earned both her Bachelor of Science (1993) and Master of Science (1999) in Nursing from UNC- Chapel Hill. She is a board-certified Adult Nurse Practitioner and also an Oncology Certified Nurse (OCN). Deborah’s special interests are in oncology, palliative care and health literacy.
