Colin, originally from Long Branch, NJ, did his undergraduate work in History at Yale. He then decided to attend Johns Hopkins Post Baccalaureate Pre-Medical Program for year before heading to Duke for medical school. While at Duke, he organized a pre-orientation campout for first years to help ease their transition into medical school. Colin was awarded 1st place for the Andrew T. Nadell Prize for Book Collecting, in the graduate division.
