Emma grew up in Cornish, New Hampshire and attended Yale University where she majored in Biology. In medical school she was selected for a longitudinal immersion in primary care program. She also remained involved in narrative and humanism in medicine activities. She enjoys spending time outdoors especially backpacking, hiking in National Parks, and long-distance running. She has hiked Nüümü Poyo (the JMT) and the northern half of the Appalachian Trail.
Fun Facts: She also enjoys journaling, creative writing, painting with watercolors and acrylics. Emma will also happily complete a puzzle or go to an escape room!
