Sarah, originally from Vermont, attended UNC for her undergraduate work majoring in Biology and Spanish prior to enrolling at UNC School of Medicine. While at UNC, Sarah participated in a variety of volunteer, leadership and community activities including serving as Co-President of the American Medical Women’s Association. Outside of school, Sarah loves sports including playing and coaching basketball, as well as watching UNC basketball, the Carolina Panthers, the Boston Red Sox and the Boston Celtics. She also enjoys playing piano and writing.
