Abstracts:

The pediatric fellows have submitted 102 abstracts since 2009. In all but one year, pediatric abstracts have received the “Top Abstract” Award. Their work was honored with oral presentations at the main Renal Research Institute to over 500 participants (see below).

Manuscripts:

We have published the Notes from the proceedings and manuscripts in the Journal Renal Failure and in Blood Purification.

Outcomes:

Since the first conference in 2009, it is impressive to see the fellows interact at other national meetings. We can say that friendships have started and continue to be visible at these meetings. In fact, in 2013 and what we like to think a direct result of this conference, a marriage engagement was announced!
