We are defining the role of the DVL paralogs in mediating oncogenic signaling
and regulation of regulating immune evasion in the tumor microenvironment.

Project 2

We are defining the role enzymes that mediateestrogen synthesis and factors that mediate
estrogen signaling in regulating malignant properties of cancers including colorectal cancer.

Project 3

We are elucidating the role of epigenetic regulators such as DNA methylation readers and histone
modifying enzymes in mediating oncogenic signaling in breast and colorectal cancer.
