Research Interests: How does Methyl CpG binding Protein 2 (MeCP2) rewire breast cancer transcriptional and chromatin landscapes?
To achieve this, the following data will be integrated using luminal A breast cancer models:
- MeCP2 protein interactome (BioID LC-MS/MS)
- Transcriptome regulation (RNA-Seq)
- DNA occupancy (CUT&RUN)
- Oncogenic hallmarks (in vitro and in vivo assays)
