About

Research Interests: How does Methyl CpG binding Protein 2 (MeCP2) rewire breast cancer transcriptional and chromatin landscapes?

To achieve this, the following data will be integrated using luminal A breast cancer models:

  1. MeCP2 protein interactome (BioID LC-MS/MS)
  2. Transcriptome regulation (RNA-Seq)
  3. DNA occupancy (CUT&RUN)
  4. Oncogenic hallmarks (in vitro and in vivo assays)
