All About Dr. Tucker!
Sidney is originally from Memphis, TN, and attended the University of Memphis where he enjoyed the greatest wings and BBQ in the country while also being a part of the only undefeated pickup basketball team in student rec center history (please don’t fact check). Somewhere along the way he received a degree in Biology. After college, he worked as a scribe in the ED and became a novice weightlifter before attending the University of Tennessee Health Science Center where all his gym gains evaporated. As a medical student, he invested a lot of time into SNMA due to his focus in increasing diversity in the medical field and his interest in providing care to underrepresented communities. He is dedicated to bridging the health disparities gap present in these underserved communities while pursuing his many interests in the field of PM&R such as sports medicine and interventional spine. In his free time, he enjoys playing and watching sports, adding to his sneaker collection, and traveling with his fiancée.
