PPMH Leadership & Key Staff
The Program for Precision Medicine in Health Care was launched in Fall 2018 under the leadership of Director, Jonathan Berg, MD, PhD, Professor in the Department of Genetics. The PPMH leadership and key staff drive the eight Core PPMH initiatives and are engaged in outreach across UNC’s campus, with the main goal of raising awareness and improving the implementation of precision medicine at UNC.

The PPMH Steering Committee helps drive the direction and success of PPMH. The committee is comprised of 14 members representing eight departments across the School of Medicine, as well as representatives from UNC Health, the College of Arts and Sciences, the School of Pharmacy, and the School of Public Health.
