The UNC-CH NORC-affiliated Metabolomics and Proteomics (MAP) Core is a collaboration between the Michael Hooker Metabolomics and Proteomics Core located on Chapel Hill’s Main Campus, and the Metabolomics and Exposome Laboratory (MEL) located at the Nutrition Research Institute campus. The MAP Core offers state-of-the-art metabolomics and proteomics services for nutrition and obesity-related projects and NORC investigators, particularly as it pertains to two major themes of the NORC user base – precision nutrition and nutrition across the lifespan.
