Erin Eberle is an IPS Consultant and Trainer with over 25 years of experience in community mental health. Throughout her career, she has worked in various roles, from Residential Counselor to Case Manager, ultimately finding her passion as an Employment Specialist. For 15 years, Erin served as an Employment Specialist at WellPower in Denver, CO where she was introduced to the transformative Individual Placement and Support (IPS) model. She strongly believes in the power of employment as a crucial part of recovery and is especially passionate about the IPS principle that anyone who chooses to work can do so. Erin is eager to share her expertise in integrating IPS into practice and supporting others on this journey. She holds a degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
In her spare time, Erin enjoys spending time with her husband, family, and dogs, and pretending she’s an artist—though her canvases often suggest she should stick to her day job.
