Simran Cutrofello, LCSW, is an experienced behavioral health professional with over 14 years of dedicated work in Assertive Community Treatment (ACT). She earned her Master of Social Work (MSW) from North Carolina State University and has been a licensed clinical social worker since 2013.
Throughout her career, Simran has served in multiple roles within ACT, including therapist, team lead, and ACT program director. Since 2015, she has also conducted TMACT fidelity reviews, supporting programs in strengthening evidence-based practices and improving quality of care.
