Consults
We offer one-time consultation appointments for clients, at the request of their current psychiatrist. Clients must have established care with a psychiatrist or advanced psychiatric practitioner and ability to continue care with that provider at the time of the consult request.
The most recent outpatient clinic note must accompany the request for consult, and additional notes may be requested.
