Andrew is the Wake ACT Team Lead, having served as Co-Occurring Disorders Specialist and Team Lead on previous ACT Teams before joining UNC. Andrew is committed to providing effective wraparound care for ACT clients according to the ACT model for treating severe and persistent mental illness in community-based settings to support clients in achieving their goals and in living according to their values in the community. Andrew is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and a Licensed Clinical Addictions Specialist.
