About
Dr. Hall sees patients primarily with UNC’s Schizophrenia Treatment and Evaluation Program (STEP) in Carrboro. His clinical areas of expertise include the treatment of individuals with serious mental illness in both office-based and community settings and the treatment of individuals with co-occurring substance use and serious mental illness. Administrative responsibilities include direction of all outpatient clinics as Medical Director of Outpatient Psychiatry. Teaching responsibilities include directing training experiences in outpatient psychiatry as well as resident and student education in the treatment of psychotic disorders. Areas of interest include the use of information technology in behavioral health services, team-based care delivery, expansion of access to care, and integration of behavioral and physical health.
