About

Dr. Reddy has worked with individuals with psychosis in a variety of settings, including inpatient units, outpatient clinics, day programs, residential programs, partial hospitalization programs, community mental health centers, VA clinics and acute units, and clinical research settings. Dr. Reddy’s research has examined the determinants of functional deficits among adults with psychosis and developed new interventions to reduce these impairments. She has translated her empirical findings into rehabilitative techniques for individuals with schizophrenia and worked to evaluate and disseminate new interventions. Dr. Reddy is passionate about improving both interventions and systems of care so that they more effectively and efficiently serve all members. In addition to treatment development and dissemination, Dr. Reddy spends time developing modalities for staff training and program evaluation initiatives.

As Associate Director of the EPI-NC program, Dr. Reddy will work to support the clinicians working with people with early psychosis across NC, in their efforts to deliver effective and recovery-focused interventions. Dr. Reddy will focus on program evaluation, implementation science, clinical staff training, and dissemination of best practices.
