Dr. Herman Naftel attended UNC for Medical School, joined our General Psychiatry Residency, and continued with our Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Fellowship. Dr. Naftel joined our faculty in 2014 and has been involved in prison telepsychiatry for adolescents, the Carolina Institute of Developmental Disabilities and work with Residential Services Inc. who run group homes and a nursing homes in Chapel Hill/Carrboro, our behavior clinic in Raleigh, and collaborative care with pediatrics.
