Jensen Woelfle provides outpatient therapy within the Center for Excellence in Community Mental Health. Jensen aims to provide a judgment-free environment which promotes vulnerability and growth among her patients. She operates from a person-centered approach and draws from a variety of theories, including dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT).
