About
Dr. Khan is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Psychiatry. She works with a multi-disciplinary team at the Wake STEP clinic to support the wellness of individuals with persistent mental illness, such as schizophrenia and bipolar disorder. She also provides care at the UNC Adult Psychiatry Clinic in Chapel Hill and supports UNC healthcare workers through the “Taking Care of Our Own” program. Dr. Khan’s primary clinical interests include mood and anxiety disorders, psychotic disorders, and providing psychodynamic psychotherapy. She also enjoys educating residents and medical students.
