As the Clinical Director of the Charlotte TEACCH Center, Division TEACCH, Dr. Lum manages and oversees the clinical, consultation, and training activities of one of the nine regional TEACCH Centers throughout North Carolina. Some of her daily responsibilities include ongoing rewarding and learning opportunities to work directly with children, adolescents, and adults with an autism spectrum disorder and their families, school consultation, supervising and training staff, interns and other professionals, increasing public awareness about autism, and serving on local committees to enhance services for individuals with an autism spectrum disorder.
