Kelsey joined TEACCH in 2017 as a Clinical Instructor. She is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and attended the University of North Carolina Charlotte for her graduate program where she completed an internship at TEACCH. She currently works at the Charlotte TEACCH center as an Autism Specialist where she works as part of a tame that conducts diagnostic evaluations and provides individual and group psychotherapy sessions for families and individuals. She also co-facilitates the TEACCH School Transition to Employment and Postsecondary Education Program (T-STEP), which is an intensive outpatient program for young adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
