About

Dr. Leezenbaum is a clinical psychologist specializing in working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) across the lifespan through assessment and intervention. She is a Clinical Assistant Professor of Psychiatry at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill School of Medicine and the Clinical Director of the UNC TEACCH Autism Center in Asheville. She is dedicated to providing clinical training and mentorship to graduate students, residents, fellows, and other professionals working with individuals on the autism spectrum. Dr. Leezenbaum’s research has focused on early identification and intervention for young children with ASD.
